Vi anbefaler å booke så tidlig som mulig, gjerne 4–8 uker i forveien. For større arrangementer anbefaler vi enda lengre fremme for å sikre tilgjengelighet og god forberedelse.

Hva trenger dere av informasjon før arrangementet?

Program, lokasjon, antall deltakere og en oversikt over hvilke øyeblikk som er viktigst å dokumentere. Jo mer vi vet på forhånd, jo bedre bilder kan vi levere.

Leverer dere bilder samme dag?

For arrangementer der rask levering er viktig — eksempelvis pressearrangementer eller sosiale medier — kan vi avtale et utvalg bilder levert samme dag. Ta kontakt så finner vi en løsning.

Jobber dere med analog fotografering på events?

Vi jobber primært digitalt på arrangementer for å sikre rask levering og fleksibilitet i skiftende lysforhold. Analog kan legges til etter ønske.

Discreet, experienced and always prepared

Moments Studio is a creative photography studio based in Oslo. We photograph corporate events and gatherings with an experienced and unobtrusive approach — moving fluidly through the space, capturing both the planned highlights and the spontaneous in-between moments, and delivering images you can actually use.

We always go through the programme and your priorities before the event — which moments need to be captured, what atmosphere you want to communicate and how the images will be used afterwards. On the day, we work independently without disrupting the flow. You focus on your event, we take care of the photography.

We never disrupt the flow — we are there, but you barely notice.

Frequently asked questions

What types of events do you photograph?

Conferences and seminars, product launches and press events, kick-offs and team building, corporate dinners and networking events, exhibitions and trade fairs. We adapt to the nature and scope of the event.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 4–8 weeks in advance. For larger events we recommend even further ahead to ensure availability and thorough preparation.

What information do you need before the event?

The programme, location, number of attendees and an overview of which moments are most important to document. The more we know in advance, the better images we can deliver.

Can you deliver images the same day?

For events where quick delivery is important — such as press events or social media — we can arrange a selection of images delivered the same day. Get in touch and we will find a solution.

Do you work with analog photography at events?

We work primarily digitally at events to ensure quick delivery and flexibility in changing light conditions. Analog can be added on request.

When do we receive the images?

You will always receive an estimate at the time of booking. We deliver a carefully edited gallery via a private link within the agreed timeframe.
